A stack we trust end to end.
We build on modern, battle-tested technology — chosen for what it ships, not what it scores. From the interface people touch down to the infrastructure it runs on, every layer is something we run in production and stand behind.

5 ELEMHow we choose
/ PRINCIPLESWe choose technology because it is right for the job. The core of the system needs to be reliable, understandable and built to last, while newer tools are used where they clearly improve the product.
We keep the stack focused and intentional. Every tool should have a clear reason for being there: better delivery, stronger reliability, easier maintenance or room to scale. The aim is not fewer tools for the sake of it. It is less unnecessary complexity.
We design clean boundaries between the parts of the system, so one tool can be changed without pulling everything apart. If a better option comes along, the system should be able to adapt without a full rebuild.
How a tool gets in
/ PROCESSScout
New tools earn attention, not adoption. We read, we test in side projects, we wait for the hype curve to flatten.
Prototype
It gets a real internal build — not a toy demo. We learn where it bends before a client ever depends on it.
Production trial
It ships on one live project, with a rollback path. It has to survive contact with a real workload.
Adopt & revisit
It joins the index — and gets re-justified every year. Tenure earns nothing here.
