It usually starts with a short discovery call. We’ll talk through what you’re trying to achieve, what’s working, what isn’t, and whether you need a new build, an improvement to an existing system, or support around something already in place.

From there, we’ll shape the next step clearly. That might be a fixed scope proposal, a discovery phase, or honest advice that we’re not the right fit. Either way, you’ll leave with a clear view of what happens next.

It depends on the shape of the work. A small website improvement, a support request, a discovery phase and a custom application are very different types of engagement, so we scope each piece of work around the outcome, complexity and level of support required.

Where the scope is clear, we’ll usually provide a fixed price. If the work is more open ended, urgent or exploratory, we may recommend a time and materials approach with agreed limits, so you stay in control of the spend.

We know projects can change once the work starts. If something small comes up, we’ll usually look at whether it can be handled within the existing scope by adjusting priorities.

If the change is larger, we’ll pause and explain the impact clearly before moving ahead. That means agreeing what changes, how it affects cost or timeline, and getting approval before any extra work is started.

Yes. We can provide ongoing support after launch and support is one of our key services. Whether we built the original system or you need help with something already in place.

That might include bug fixes, security updates, small improvements, technical advice, monitoring, maintenance, or support for your in house team. We’ll agree the right level of support based on how critical the system is and how much help you need.

In most cases, the work we create specifically for your business belongs to you once the project has been paid for. That includes the bespoke code, content and assets we have created as part of the agreed scope.

There may be some exceptions, such as third party software, licensed tools, open source packages, platform code, or reusable components and methods that we already use in our own work. We will make this clear where relevant, but we are not looking to hold control over your business systems or custom product.

Yes, we are happy to review and sign reasonable NDAs, MSAs and vendor onboarding documents where they are needed for the work.

For larger organisations, we understand that procurement, legal review and supplier onboarding are part of the process. We will work through that properly, while making sure the terms are fair for both sides, especially around IP, liability, confidentiality and payment.

Yes, but it depends on the type of engagement and where we are in the work. If you need to pause, we’ll agree a sensible stopping point, make sure anything in progress is left in a stable state, and confirm what needs to happen when the project restarts.

If you need to cancel, we’ll be fair and transparent. You’ll only be charged for the work completed, committed or already scheduled under the agreed terms. We do not want clients trapped in work that no longer makes sense, but we do need to protect time that has already been planned or delivered.

Both. Some problems are best solved with a custom system, especially when the business has specific workflows, unusual requirements or needs that existing tools cannot support properly.

Other problems are better solved by configuring and connecting proven platforms and specialist tools. We care more about choosing the right approach than pushing one way of working.

We are not a traditional agency focused only on campaigns, visuals or one off delivery. We work closer to the business problem, looking at the systems, workflows and technical decisions behind the thing being built.

That means we can help with the website or product itself, but also the structure around it, including integrations, automation, support, maintainability and how it fits into the wider business.

The main thing is whether the work is a good fit for the problem. Sometimes a business needs a small improvement, a fix, or support with an existing system. Other times it needs a new website, a custom application, or a bigger change to the way its technology works.

Yes. We are based in the UK, but we can work with clients and teams in other countries where the engagement is a good fit.

Most of our work can be delivered remotely, with clear communication, structured delivery and sensible overlap for meetings, reviews and decision making.
